Media

Welcome to The River Glampstay ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Payments

- All bookings must be made through our official website or directly with our management team.

- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The specific payment policy will be outlined at the time of reservation.

- Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards bank transfers and other approved digital payment platforms.

- Any applicable taxes and service fees will be specified during the booking process.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made within the specified grace period (as per the booking terms) may be eligible for a refund.

- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full or partial charges.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the original payment method.

- We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rebooking option will be provided.

4. Check-in & Check-out

- Standard check-in time: 14:00 PM

- Standard check-out time: 12:00 AM

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

- Guests must respect the property, staff, and fellow guests at all times.

- Noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- No noise is tolerated between 10:00pm and 7:30am

- Any damage to the property or amenities will be charged to the guest.

- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas and totally forbidden in the Tents.

- Pets may be allowed upon request at management discretion and subject to additional fees and conditions.

- In case of problem on a tents, please contact the management.

6. Liability & Safety

- Guests acknowledge that glamping involves outdoor experiences, and certain natural risks (e.g., weather conditions, heavy rain, wildlife) are inherent.

- We are not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and secure valuables.

- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and act responsibly any time.

- Firecamps are prohibited on all the site and only The River Glampstay Staff is authorized to start a fircamp at the place dedicated to this purpose.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

- Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for reservation management. service improvements and general communication with Guests and clients.

- We do not share personal data with any third parties unless required by law.
