We offer several ways to book your stay at Glampstay. Choose the most convenient option for you:
1. Booking by Phone
For quick assistance and real-time availability, call us directly at (+84) (0) 966 97 39 48. Our team will provide detailed information about available Tents and help you secure your reservation instantly.
2. Booking by our website
You will not find us on any other booking platform. You can visit The river Glampstay website to book your stay directly. This allows you to choose your preferred accommodation and confirm immediatly your booking at the best tarrif without any middle-party commisions . Our address details will be sent after your booking.
3. Booking by Email
If you prefer written confirmation, send your booking request to reservations@theriverglampstay.com. or use the dedicated form. Please include your name, contact information and check-in/check-out dates, preferred Tent type, and any special requests. Our team will respond as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: From 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in & late check-out: If you need flexibility in your arrival or departure time, please contact us in advance at reservations@theriverglampstay.com to check availability and applicable fees.
Note: Any additional services or extras not included in your original booking will be charged according to the Glampstay's pricing policies.

All complaints will be reviewed as soon as possible generally within 24 hours, and we will proceed to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Modifying Your Reservation
If you need to change your check-in or check-out date, modify your tent or stay type, or make any other adjustments to your booking, please contact our reservation team as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the modification requested.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: A deposit fee will be charged.
- No-shows at the check-in without notice: The full stay charge will apply, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
If you have prepaid your reservation but need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, we will evaluate the possibility of a refund based on the conditions of your booking.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 21 working days, depending on your bank.
- Refund Method: Funds will be reimbursed to the original payment method (bank account or card used for the booking).
- Refund Fees: There are no additional charges for processing refunds.
Note: We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time without prior notice. In cases of force majeure (such as act of god, extreme weather, natural disasters or political conflicts), we cannot be held responsible for compensation, booking modifications, or refunds.
